Revia — Digital Rehabilitation Platform

Terms of Service

Last updated 9 October 2026

These terms apply when you use Revia, a digital rehabilitation support platform. In these documents, “Revia”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the Revia service and its operator. By creating an account or using Revia, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Medical Disclaimer.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Revia. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or over.

2. Your account

  • Give accurate information when you create your account and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your password private and don't share your account. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Tell us promptly at support@getrevia.in if you think someone else has accessed your account.

3. Revia is not medical care

Revia supports rehabilitation that a qualified clinician prescribes. It does not diagnose conditions, decide treatment on its own, provide emergency care, or replace a physiotherapist, physician or other qualified healthcare professional. If you feel pain, unexpected or worsening symptoms, or dizziness, stop and contact a healthcare professional. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

Read the full Medical Disclaimer.

4. Patient responsibilities

  • Follow the instructions of your own qualified clinician, and ask them if anything about your plan is unclear.
  • Exercise within your limits and stop if something doesn't feel right.
  • Only connect with a clinician you intend to share your rehabilitation information with.
  • Understand that sessions controlled with a keyboard are simulations. Their values are not measurements of your movement, and activity scores are not clinical outcome measures.

5. Clinicians

Application and approval. Clinicians must apply for clinician access. Until Revia approves an application, the account has no clinician access and cannot see any patient information. Revia reviews applications manually and may approve or decline them at its discretion. Only approved clinicians receive a Doctor ID.

Accurate professional information. Clinicians must provide accurate, current professional information, including their registration or licence details, and must tell us promptly if it changes or if their registration is suspended or ends.

Independent practitioners. Clinicians are independent practitioners, not employees or agents of Revia. Each clinician is solely responsible for their professional judgement, the exercises and instructions they prescribe, and their compliance with the professional, ethical and legal obligations that apply to them. Approval reflects Revia's review of the information provided; it does not guarantee a clinician's competence or any treatment outcome.

Use of patient information. Clinicians may access a patient's information only through an active connection, only for that patient's care, and must keep it confidential.

6. Rehabilitation instructions

Plans, exercises, target ranges and feedback shown in Revia come from the patient's clinician. Revia displays and organises them; it does not create or check them clinically. Activities and games are ways to perform the prescribed movement — they are not treatment in themselves.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your identity or professional qualifications;
  • access, or try to access, accounts or information you are not authorised to see;
  • interfere with, probe or overload the service, or try to bypass its security or abuse-prevention measures;
  • use automated means to create accounts or access the service;
  • use Revia for anything unlawful, harmful or abusive, or to harass anyone;
  • copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service except as the law allows.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Revia available and reliable, but it may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance or because of problems outside our control. We may change, add or remove features. Where a change significantly affects you, we will try to tell you in advance.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account, or remove clinician access, if these terms are broken, if we suspect misuse or a security risk, if professional information turns out to be inaccurate, or where the law requires it. Where appropriate, we will tell you why.

10. Closing your account

You can ask us to close and delete your account at any time from your account page or by emailing support@getrevia.in. We may need to verify your identity. Some information may be kept where the law requires it, as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual property

Revia, including its software, design, games, name and logo, belongs to its operator and licensors. You may use Revia for its intended purpose under these terms. You keep any rights you have in the information you provide.

12. Limitation of liability

Revia is provided to support rehabilitation, not to replace professional care. To the extent the law allows, Revia is provided “as is”, and we are not responsible for decisions about diagnosis or treatment, for the acts or advice of independent clinicians, or for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits any rights or liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will update the date at the top, and for significant changes we will give notice in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Revia after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
